I see the world as a canvas, alive with light, texture, and stories waiting to be told. Growing up on a quiet riverbank in Ohio, I was captivated by how light danced on the water and the seasons transformed the landscape, planting the seeds of an artist who finds beauty in every detail. Inspired by my mother’s lifestyle and travel magazines, I dreamed of far-off places and a life of exploration and storytelling.

That dream led me from the river to the world. At Otterbein University, I fell in love with storytelling through composition and color in large-scale abstract painting, and studying fresco painting in Florence, Italy, deepened my understanding of how travel fuels creativity. The timeless beauty of Florence showed me that inspiration can be found anywhere.

Now living by the ocean in Miami, the rhythm of the waves mirrors the sense of wonder I first felt by the river. Photography has become my medium to capture not just what I see, but what I feel. For over a decade, I’ve traveled the world, collaborating with inspiring brands, and documenting the people, places, and moments that move me. My style, often described as poetic and soulful, reflects a painter’s sensibility and has connected me to stories across the globe.

Through it all, my son, Shiloh, reminds me to see the world with fresh eyes and an open heart. From the river to the ocean, my art is my way of sharing the beauty I’ve witnessed and inviting others to see the world through my lens.
